Admissions Process

Latest Information on Our COVID-19 Precautions & Online Treatment Options

We understand that deciding to seek treatment for you or a loved one can be an emotionally challenging process.

Our Admissions Process is designed to ensure that we only accept clients into out program that we know we can help.

At Nexus, we’ve assembled a team of knowledgeable and compassionate recovery advisors who are here to walk you through the admissions process. Our primary goals are to ensure that anyone considering treatment gets the help they need and, ideally, enrolls in a treatment program that is the best fit for them.

Consequently, at Nexus, we only admit those who we feel we can help with our model of care. We would never want clients to allocate time and resources to our program if they would better served elsewhere. However, regardless of whether or not you or your loved one enrolls in our treatment program, we will always provide resources and referrals to other reputable programs or higher levels of care if that is what’s best for the individual.

Speak With a Trusted & Experienced Recovery Advisor

The first step in the recovery process is to speak with one of our trusted recovery advisors for a free and confidential phone consultation.

During this consultation we will:

  • Learn more about you or your loved one to
determine what level of care if appropriate
  • Answer specific questions and address any
    concerns you may have
  • Obtain health insurance information to see
what portion of treatment may be covered
  • Provide any additional support, resources, or
    referrals you may need

At Nexus, we take pride in providing our clients with the safest and most supportive environment possible. This not only enhances the quality of our program and ability to treat those in our care, but also increases our rates of success in terms of long-term sobriety.

Before entering our treatment program, we take steps to ensure that each potential client is invested in the recovery process and that our program is the best fit for his or her individual needs. If it is determined that potential clients would be best served in another program or in a higher level of care, we will absolutely provide the appropriate referrals and resources to get them the help they need.

Schedule a Tour

After interviewing with a member of our treatment team, you’re welcome to visit us in person.

Come speak with our staff, tour the facility, and learn more about our programs. We want you to be confident that Nexus is the best fit for you.

Develop a Treatment Plan

Once you or your loved has officially enrolled at Nexus, a member of our treatment team will facilitate an in-depth evaluation to determine a treatment plan.

As a boutique recovery center with a low client to clinician ratio, we are able to evaluate each client’s specific needs and goals in order to tailor treatment to the individual. We believe this gives clients the best chance of sustained sobriety and allows them to take ownership and pride in their individual recovery process.

Alumni & Family Testimonials

“I have great respect for Nexus Recovery and its associated leadership. I believe in their mission to provide ethical treatment and attention to clinical detail. I have seen many lives come in the door broken and exit with purpose, I am one of them.”

Insurance Coverage for Drug Rehab

We understand that financing treatment is an important factor while choosing a treatment facility.

At Nexus, we are in-network with Cigna, Beacon, MHN, First Health, Optum, and Multiplan. We also work with most other major insurance providers on an out-of-network basis. Insurance may cover a portion of or the entire cost of treatment. Some of the insurances we currently work with include:

Aetna, GEHA, Value Options, Premera Blue Cross, Medical Mutual Health, Optum, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Net, and others

Since insurance coverage for addiction treatment may vary based on your individual situation, the best way to determine your coverage is to call and speak with one of our admissions counselors or submit an insurance verification online via the button above. After we receive your information, we’ll work directly with your insurance to verify your benefits and give you as much information as possible in regards to what your out-of-pocket costs may be.

Even if you don’t see your insurance listed above, your policy may still cover a portion of your treatment costs. Give us a call today to speak with one of our intake specialists and discuss your options.
